Our 100-acre site at the foot of the Glass House Mountains is home to one of Queensland’s largest bark and mulch manufacturing operations. From this base, we deliver across the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane and along Queensland’s East Coast, reaching customers within a 750km radius and beyond.

FAQs
Can I pick up trailer loads?
Yes, trailer load pickups are welcome. We recommend calling ahead to book a time as this helps avoid delays, ensures your order is ready and allows us to provide important safety directions before you arrive.
When you arrive on site, please follow all signage and staff instructions. For your safety, remain in your vehicle until directed otherwise, observe all speed limits, and stay within designated loading zones. Our team will guide you through the loading process.
Do you sell plants or decorative stones?
No, we don’t sell plants or decorative stones. However, we do offer a range of quality landscape materials including pine bark, potting mix and soil conditioners.
For larger projects or commercial quotes, we may be able to support you with industry connections for alternative supply, such as sand, gravel and other bulk materials.
What are your delivery times?
We typically offer next-day delivery for landscape materials. However, we recommend allowing 2–3 days’ notice to secure your preferred delivery day and time. For potting mix orders, please allow a minimum of 48 hours to accommodate pH and quality requirements.
Do you offer bulk pricing or custom orders?
Yes, we offer competitive bulk pricing and can accommodate custom orders. For tailored advice and quotes, we recommend phoning our office to speak directly with one of our team members.
How do your products get delivered? Can you supply in bulk m³ truck loads or by the bulka bag?
Yes, our products can be delivered in a range of formats to suit your needs. We offer bulk loose delivery by the cubic metre (m³), including semi & full truck loads for large-scale projects, as well as bulka bags for more convenient on-site handling. Contact our team to discuss the best delivery option for your specific requirements and location.
Do bulka bags come on pallets, and are they returnable?
Yes, all bulka bags are delivered on single-use disposable pallets for ease of transport and handling. These pallets are not required to be returned, making deliveries faster and more convenient especially for sites without forklift access or where pallet returns are difficult to manage.
What type of certifications do your Soft Fall and Fall Guard products come with?
Our Soft Fall and Fall Guard mulches are independently tested and certified to meet Australian Standard AS 4422:2016, which covers impact attenuation for playground surfacing. This ensures they are safe for use in play areas where critical fall height compliance is required. Certificates of compliance and test results are available upon request for project and safety documentation.
